ROOM DESCRIPTION

All Waterfront Rooms are finished to a 5‑star specification, offering stunning uninterrupted views from private balconies/patios overlooking Lough Derg and Killaloe. Each room is fully air‑conditioned and features a spacious 30m² layout with a super king‑size Respa bed, Nespresso coffee maker, cooler, and welcome chocolates.

Set in their own dedicated building right on the waterfront, these rooms provide a peaceful and unique setting where you can relax and watch the River Shannon drift by in complete tranquillity. The Waterfront building is equipped with a lift for easy access to all floors.

Please note that these rooms are adult‑only and are not suitable for children. Please also note that all Waterfront Rooms are strictly non‑smoking, including balconies and all indoor areas.
